Whether you have chosen to breastfeed or not – most moms need help with breast tenderness, engorgement, milk stimulation or reducing milk production. We designed Breast Buddies with ALL moms in mind. Breast Buddies can be used warm or cold depending on your specific needs and should always be worn with your favorite leak protection pads. Breast Buddies can be easily spot cleaned with a damp cloth.

TO USE WARM – Place in the microwave for 30 seconds. Massage and rotate after heating to disperse the heat and avoid hot spots. If more heat is desired, reheat for 5-second intervals only. DO NOT OVERHEAT! Due to microwave variations, we recommend testing the heating time necessary for your microwave and your personal heat tolerance. You may notice moisture on your Breast Buddies; this is due to the natural effects of heating flax seeds. This moisture creates a deep therapeutic effect for your enjoyment.

TO USE COLD – Place Breast Buddies in the freezer for at least one hour before use. We suggest placing breast buddies in a plastic bag before placing them in the freezer to make sure they stay clean and dry. Store in the freezer for quick use of cold pack relief.
